You do not need a Celeva account to use this. Most people who reach it were invited to somebody else’s celebration — we recorded that an invitation was opened and what was replied, and you never signed up for anything.

We answer within the time the law where you live allows — 45 days for a US resident, 7 days for a complaint from India — and usually a great deal sooner. If a request would delete something belonging to somebody else — a photograph another guest uploaded, a Moment a friend is still running — we will say so rather than quietly doing half of it.

Deleting your account is the first option below, and you can ask for it here without installing anything. You can also do it yourself at any time from Profile → Close my account if you are signed in. Either way we confirm the request is really from you before anything is erased.
