The list is already written.
Every Moment arrives with its tasks, dated backwards from the day itself. A birthday and a road trip get different lists, because they are different jobs.
- Assign a task to someone and they answer for themselves — accept it or decline it. Nobody else can answer on their behalf, and nobody is quietly volunteered.
- Due dates come from the date of the Moment, so moving the day moves the plan.
- Skip a task instead of deleting it. Skipped work stays visible, because "we decided not to" is worth remembering.
- Comments sit on the task they are about, not in a group chat scrolling past them.
