SMS terms
Celeva text messages.
These terms cover text messages sent by Celeva. They sit alongside our general terms and privacy policy.
Who sends these messages
Celeva operates the messaging programme and is the sender of record. Messages are sent on behalf of the organizer running the event you are attending — a community group, charity, school, club or company. The organizer’s name appears in every message so you know which event it concerns.
What we send
Event reminders, schedule and venue changes, and day-of coordination: where to be, when the shuttle leaves, that dinner moved rooms. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this programme, and we do not sell or rent phone numbers.
How often
Message frequency varies, and depends on how many events you are part of and how close they are.
What it costs
Celeva does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers can and do delay or block messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, HALT, CANCEL, OPTOUT, REVOKE or REVOKEALL to any message. We stop immediately, and you will get one final message confirming it.
You can also use the unsubscribe page, which needs no account and no message to reply to. Because organizers share one Celeva number, stopping covers every organizer, not only the one who messaged you.
To start again, reply START, OPTIN, UNSTOP, IN or YES, or sign up on the text updates page.
Getting help
Reply HELP, INFO or SUPPORT to any message, or email support@celeva.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
Texts are optional and always have been. Celeva works fully without them: you can receive an invitation, reply to it, and use everything else without giving a phone number. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of anything.
