Send polished invitations and track replies

Celeva invitations combine a saved invitation image, personalized messages, private RSVP links and simple tracking.

Prepare the invite

  1. 1Open the Invitation tab for the celebration.
  2. 2Choose Upload your own or Design one here.
  3. 3Save the invitation so Celeva has a stable image to reuse in previews and emails.
  4. 4Open Full preview to see the complete guest email.
  5. 5Use Test Email to send the preview to yourself before sending to guests.

Family and household RSVP links

Add a family on one line with multiple comma-separated emails. Celeva sends the same private RSVP link to the household, so anyone can respond or update the RSVP for the whole family.

WhatsApp sharing

If a guest has a phone number, use WhatsApp actions from the Guests page. Celeva prepares the personalized message and unique RSVP link so the host can review and send through WhatsApp or the native share sheet.
