Celeva Moments help

Create a moment from first idea to RSVP tracking

Celeva Moments is for birthdays, weddings, reunions, holidays and other personal celebrations.

Recommended flow

  1. 1Go to Celebrations and choose New celebration.
  2. 2Enter the celebration name, occasion, date, time and venue.
  3. 3Review the recommended setup steps. Turn off anything you do not need, such as checklist or budget tracking.
  4. 4Save the celebration and choose Use guided flow if you want Celeva to walk you through each step.
  5. 5Complete or skip each step as you work: details, invitation, RSVP, guests, sending, checklist and budget.

Building the invitation

Open the Invitation tab. You can upload your own finished invitation image or use a Celeva design. Save the invitation, use Full preview to see the email, then send a Test Email before inviting guests.

Adding and inviting guests

Open Guests. Add one person per line, or use a family line with multiple emails so one household shares the same RSVP link. Guests can RSVP without creating an account.
